I was really excited about my future possibilities yesterday. So I took that energy, and watched a bunch of tutorials and videos to see how I could take my art to the next level for my books - I want people to be able to see the world I’m creating.
This video shows a test for a few of the things I learned.
Some of it didn’t work out right, but…my trackpad is definitely a limiting factor still. Although it helped me realise that I have an artistic style: loose shapes that use light and shadow. AKA…I’m not a details person.
Which…kinda sucks, because I really wanted to do more detailed art. But my style is also quite pretty, and dreamy, and colorful, which I guess I’m okay with.

(Edited to remove my sob story - I guess it’s still not the right time to post my story, and what’s happening to me - I don’t want more pain to come my way from sharing it. But if you want to support me, please consider sharing my posts/links to my art and books <3 )
My coloring books are on Amazon under the name Relaxing Print, and I’ve got one book of short stories under this pen name - Shandelia Rivers. My novella, Phoenix Staff, comes out soonish.
